Lustify Platform — Operator Agreement. Last updated: June 2026.
By creating an account and using the Lustify platform ("Platform"), you ("Operator") agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, distribute, or manage through the Platform. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lustify, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.
Lustify acts solely as a technology provider and assumes no liability for Operator conduct.
You must not use the Platform to create, store, distribute, or facilitate any of the following:

Lustify reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. How we handle your funds depends on the nature of the violation:
During any suspension pending investigation, payouts are held until the matter is resolved. If the investigation clears you, your funds are released in full.
You acknowledge and agree that all activity on your account — including but not limited to messages sent, content uploaded, payment transactions, login events, and administrative actions — is logged, recorded, and may be monitored by Lustify for compliance, safety, and operational purposes. Logs may be retained indefinitely and may be disclosed to law enforcement if required by law or in response to a valid legal process.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. By proceeding, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. If Lustify has reason to believe you are under 18, your account will be immediately terminated and all funds forfeited.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Lustify is not a bank and does not hold funds on your behalf. Payouts are subject to processing times, minimum thresholds, and compliance verification. Lustify reserves the right to delay or withhold payouts pending investigation of suspected violations.
You are solely responsible for monitoring and managing all activity associated with your account, including activity initiated by your customers, subscribers, or any third parties interacting with your content or payment links. This includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, suspicious purchasing patterns, payment disputes, and any behavior that may indicate fraud, abuse, or an attempt to exploit the Platform.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity — regardless of whether it originates from you or your customers — poses a direct risk to the Platform, our payment processing relationships, and all other operators on the Platform. You acknowledge that unaddressed fraud can result in increased processing fees, loss of payment processing capabilities, and potential legal liability for the Platform and its operators.
Your obligations:
Consequences of non-compliance: If fraudulent activity on your account goes unaddressed, or if you fail to take reasonable steps to prevent or mitigate ongoing fraud, Lustify reserves the right to impose financial penalties, withhold payouts, place your account under enhanced review, or take other protective measures as deemed necessary to protect the Platform and its users. These measures are not punitive — they exist to protect the integrity of the Platform and ensure continued service for all operators.
Each individual or agency may operate only one Lustify account. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or identities — is categorically prohibited.

These behaviors undermine platform integrity, harm legitimate operators, and violate our payment processor agreements.

Exception: Agencies managing multiple creators may apply for an agency account structure. Contact support to discuss legitimate multi-operator arrangements.
You agree not to publish, distribute, or otherwise disseminate false, misleading, or defamatory statements about Lustify, its services, employees, or business practices. This includes, but is not limited to:
Consequences: If you are found to have engaged in defamation, misinformation, or public disparagement of Lustify without legitimate factual basis, your account will be permanently terminated without warning. This applies regardless of whether the statements were made on the Platform or on external channels (social media, forums, review sites, etc.).
Legitimate, good-faith criticism, factual reporting of your own experience, or raising genuine concerns through proper channels (support, legal inquiries) is not prohibited by this section. This clause targets malicious, unfounded attacks intended to harm the Platform's reputation without justification.
Lustify reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies for defamation, tortious interference, or other actionable conduct.
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant Lustify a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform. Lustify does not claim ownership of your content.
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
Lustify does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any content will be accurate or reliable. You use the Platform at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lustify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lustify shall have no liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Platform. You acknowledge that Lustify provides the Platform as a technology service and assumes no financial responsibility for your use of it.
Lustify reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a modification, you may terminate your account before the effective date.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
Binding arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Lustify. If this waiver is found to be unenforceable, the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void.
Exception: Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights or confidential information.
