What is and isn't allowed on the Lustify platform. Last updated: April 2026.
This policy exists for one reason: to keep the platform safe so it stays available for you and every other operator building a business here. The vast majority of creators will never run into any issues with anything on this page. We wrote it to be clear about where the lines are, why they exist, and what happens if someone crosses them.
We want to be upfront with you: some of these rules are our choice, and some are not. Where something is a legal obligation we have no control over, we will tell you that directly. Where something is a policy we chose, we will explain why we chose it and how it is designed to protect you.
This policy applies to all content activity on any messaging account linked to your Lustify account, not just content sent through the Lustify interface. When you connect a Telegram, WhatsApp, or iMessage account to Lustify, our platform synchronizes with that account in real time. That means content you send through those apps directly, even outside of the Lustify dashboard, is visible to the platform and subject to this policy.
We designed it this way because the platform cannot distinguish between a message you sent through our UI and one you sent through the native app. They are the same account. As long as your Lustify account is active and linked to a messaging account, this content policy and our Terms of Service apply to all activity on that linked account. If you want this policy to stop applying, you can unlink the account or deactivate your Lustify account.
This is the one area of this entire policy where there is no warning, no appeal, and no second chance. We want to explain exactly why, because understanding the reason matters.
CSAM is not a policy category we invented. Under federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), the moment we have actual knowledge that CSAM exists on our platform, we are legally obligated to report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) immediately and remove the content. The law does not give us discretion to issue a warning first. It does not give us discretion to offer an appeal. This is not our choice. It is what the law requires, and it exists because every piece of CSAM represents a real child who was harmed.
CSAM means any sexual content depicting a person under 18, as defined under federal law — we are not going to list examples here because if you need examples to know where that line is, this is not the platform for you.
Every piece of media uploaded to the platform is automatically checked against the NCMEC CSAM hash database using PhotoDNA, the same industry-standard technology used by every major platform. Here is how it works: the system creates a digital fingerprint of each file and compares it against a database of fingerprints from known, previously identified CSAM maintained by NCMEC.
A hash match means the uploaded file is an exact or near-exact copy of a previously catalogued piece of CSAM. This is not a guess. It is not an AI prediction. It is not a content similarity score. It is a confirmed match against verified illegal material that has already been identified and catalogued by law enforcement.
If a hash match is confirmed, we will immediately and permanently terminate your account with no prior notice and no appeal. All funds in your account will be forfeited. We will file a mandatory report with NCMEC and refer the matter to law enforcement. This is what the law requires us to do under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. There is no warning system for this because the law does not permit one.
If you are a legitimate operator, you will never encounter this. Hash matching only flags known, previously catalogued CSAM. Your original content, your adult content, and all other legal media will never produce a match. This system exists to catch people uploading material that has already been identified as depicting the abuse of a real child.
For every other type of policy violation on this page, including content flags, documentation issues, and even serious violations like non-consensual content, you will always receive notice before we take any action on your account. You will have the chance to respond, fix the issue, and appeal. We will never terminate your account without warning for anything other than a confirmed CSAM hash match.
Even when everyone involved is a verified adult, content that implies or suggests the involvement of minors creates serious legal and platform risk. Payment processors and banking partners treat this type of content the same way they treat actual CSAM from a compliance perspective, which means allowing it puts the entire platform at risk for every operator, not just the one posting it. That is why we take it seriously.
Here is what we do not allow:
Violations of this section are treated as Tier 2 serious violations. We will remove the content immediately and suspend your account while a human reviews the situation. Confirmed violations may result in permanent termination depending on severity and pattern. During the review, we may ask you to provide age verification documentation for the people depicted in the content.
Creating sexual content of a real person without their knowledge and consent causes real harm, and the technology to do it is easier to access than ever. We do not allow:
Sharing intimate content of someone without their consent is harmful regardless of how the content was originally created. We do not allow:
Under the TAKE IT DOWN Act, we will remove non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated content, within 48 hours of receiving a valid takedown notice. This law was created to give victims a meaningful way to get non-consensual content removed quickly, and we comply with it not because we have to but because it is the right thing to do. If you receive a takedown request related to your content, we will notify you and explain the process.
If our automated moderation tools flag content you uploaded as potentially depicting a person under 18, that flag does not mean your account is in trouble. It means we need to take a closer look before the content goes live.
Here is what happens: the content is held from distribution while a trained human moderator reviews it. If they determine the flag was a false positive, the content is cleared and nothing happens to your account. If the review identifies a potential concern, we will reach out to you and ask for age verification documentation, specifically a government-issued ID confirming the depicted person is 18 or older, plus a signed consent form.
The tiered enforcement system applies to all apparent minor flags that do not involve a confirmed CSAM hash match. You will always be contacted before any action is taken on your account.
These are not arbitrary rules. Every one of them exists to protect you specifically, not just to keep us compliant. If someone ever claims that a person in your content was underage or did not consent, your documentation is your defense. Without it, you are exposed. With it, you are protected.
Here is what we need from you:
For any content featuring real people other than yourself, we ask you to upload a copy of their government-issued ID (confirming they are 18 or older) and a signed consent form before that content can go into distribution. You submit these through the platform's depicted person documentation system, and our team reviews them before approval.
This is not just a compliance checkbox. This documentation is your proof that every person in your content consented and is of legal age. If a depicted person ever disputes their involvement, your documentation is what protects you.
For purely fictional AI-generated personas with no real person's likeness, you do not need depicted person documentation beyond your own operator KYC. But for AI-generated content based on a real, identifiable person's likeness, the same documentation rules apply as for real-person content.
We designed our enforcement system to be proportional and fair. The goal is to work with you, not against you. Outside of CSAM hash matches (covered above), every violation goes through a tiered process where you always have the opportunity to be heard before anything permanent happens.
All content flagged by our moderation tools goes into a review queue and is looked at by a human before we take any action on your account. If a flag turns out to be a false positive, the content is cleared and nothing happens. The false positive protection is built into the review process itself, not into a warning system after the fact.
For tier-based terminations (Tier 1 and Tier 2), your earned balance is not forfeited. Any funds you have earned will be released after the standard chargeback reserve period. We are terminating the account, not taking your money. The only situation where funds are forfeited is a confirmed CSAM hash match (Tier 3), where forfeiture is part of the legal obligation.
If you see content on the platform that you believe violates this policy, please report it to @lustifydevadmin on Telegram. Every report is reviewed by our team and treated confidentially. Reporting violations is how the operator community protects itself. When bad actors are removed, it makes the platform safer and more sustainable for everyone who is here to build a legitimate business. We take every report seriously.
