1. Our Commitment
Lustify is committed to preventing modern slavery, human trafficking, and forced labor in all forms. We recognize that as a platform operating in the adult content industry, we have a heightened responsibility to ensure that our platform is not used to facilitate exploitation of any kind.
This statement sets out the steps we take to identify and mitigate modern slavery risks in our operations and supply chain, and what we expect from the operators and service providers who work with us.
2. About Our Business
Lustify is a technology platform that enables content creators ("Operators") to manage, distribute, and monetize adult content through messaging platforms. We do not produce content ourselves. Our role is to provide the tools, infrastructure, and payment processing that enable operators to run their businesses.
Our supply chain includes:
Payment processors — Third-party services that handle financial transactions (Stripe)
Identity verification providers — KYC services that verify the identity and age of operators (Sumsub)
Cloud infrastructure providers — Hosting, storage, and compute services
Content moderation tools — Automated systems for detecting prohibited content (PhotoDNA for CSAM detection)
3. Risk Assessment
We have identified the following areas where modern slavery risks are most relevant to our operations:
Content involving real individuals: The most significant risk area. Content featuring real people could potentially involve individuals who are being coerced, trafficked, or exploited. We mitigate this through mandatory identity verification (KYC), depicted person consent documentation requirements, and content moderation.
Operator accounts: Accounts could theoretically be operated by individuals or organizations engaged in trafficking or exploitation. We mitigate this through KYC verification, activity monitoring, and enforcement of our Content Policy.
Third-party service providers: We assess our key service providers for modern slavery risks as part of our vendor selection process. Our primary providers (Stripe, Sumsub) are established companies with their own anti-slavery commitments and compliance programs.
4. Policies & Safeguards
We maintain and enforce the following policies to combat modern slavery and trafficking:
Content Policy: Our Content Policy explicitly prohibits content promoting human trafficking or sexual exploitation. Violations are treated as Tier 2 serious violations, resulting in immediate content removal, account suspension, and investigation.
Consent & Documentation: Our Third-Party Consent Agreement requires operators to obtain and maintain documented consent from all depicted persons, including government-issued ID verification and a signed consent form confirming voluntary participation. This creates a documented record that can be reviewed if exploitation is suspected.
Identity Verification: All operators must complete KYC verification through Sumsub before distributing paid content or receiving payouts. This ensures that every account is tied to a verified real identity.
Activity Monitoring: We log and monitor account activity as described in our Terms of Service. Patterns that may indicate exploitation — such as multiple accounts controlled by the same entity, unusual content volumes, or signs of coerced participation — are investigated.
CSAM Detection: All uploaded media is automatically checked against the NCMEC CSAM hash database using PhotoDNA. This system detects known child sexual abuse material, which is frequently linked to trafficking.
5. Due Diligence
We take the following due diligence steps:
Operator onboarding: All operators undergo identity verification before they can monetize content. We verify that operators are real individuals (or authorized representatives of registered businesses) and are at least 18 years of age.
Depicted person verification: Operators must submit government ID and consent documentation for all real individuals featured in their content. This documentation is reviewed before content is approved for distribution.
Vendor assessment: We evaluate key service providers for their own anti-slavery and anti-trafficking commitments. We prioritize working with established providers that maintain their own compliance programs.
Ongoing monitoring: We do not treat compliance as a one-time check. Account activity is monitored on an ongoing basis, and our content moderation systems run continuously.
6. Recognizing Signs of Exploitation
We train our team to recognize potential indicators of trafficking and exploitation, including but not limited to:
Content that appears to involve individuals who are distressed, fearful, or visibly under duress
Accounts where a single individual appears to control multiple performers
Depicted persons who appear unable to communicate freely or independently
Patterns suggesting that revenue from an account is being directed to someone other than the performer
Consent documentation that appears forged, coerced, or submitted by someone other than the depicted person
Content accompanied by language or context suggesting commercial sexual exploitation
If we identify any of these indicators, we escalate the matter for investigation and, where appropriate, report to law enforcement.
7. How to Report Concerns
If you suspect that content on the Lustify platform involves modern slavery, human trafficking, or exploitation of any kind, please report it immediately:
All reports are treated confidentially. We will not disclose the identity of the reporter except where required by law.

8. Whistleblower Protection
We are committed to protecting anyone who reports concerns about modern slavery or trafficking in good faith. No person will face retaliation, account action, or other detrimental treatment for making a good-faith report, even if the report turns out to be unfounded after investigation.
9. Review & Updates
We review this statement and our anti-slavery practices at least annually. As our business grows and evolves, we will continue to assess and strengthen our safeguards. This statement will be updated to reflect any changes in our approach.
